Welcome to the Alabama-Coushatta Tribe of Texas credit-repair program (referred to below as "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our credit repair services and this website. This platform is provided by Global Credit Repair Network exclusively for the enrolled members of the Alabama-Coushatta Tribe of Texas and their spouses. By enrolling in our services or using this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Eligibility and Exclusive Access

This program is reserved solely for the Alabama-Coushatta Tribe of Texas community. To enroll, you must:

  • Be an enrolled member of the Alabama-Coushatta Tribe of Texas, or the spouse of one.
  • Be at least 18 years of age and a resident of the United States.
  • Provide accurate and complete information during enrollment.

We reserve the right to verify eligibility and to suspend or terminate access for anyone who does not qualify.

2. Description of Services

We provide credit repair and credit education services designed to help you identify and challenge inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable information on your credit reports. Our services include:

  • Auditing your credit reports from Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion.
  • Drafting and submitting dispute correspondence to the credit bureaus and creditors on your behalf.
  • Providing a secure, password-protected portal with 24/7 real-time tracking of disputes, deletions, and score changes.
  • Ongoing support and guidance from our team throughout your enrollment.

3. Your Rights Under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA)

Federal law gives you important rights, and we honor them fully:

  • Right to Cancel: You may cancel your contract with us, without any charge or penalty, within three (3) business days of signing your agreement.
  • No Advance Fees: We will not charge you for any service until that service has been fully performed.
  • Do It Yourself: You have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your own credit file yourself, free of charge, by contacting the credit bureaus directly.
  • Accurate Information Stays: Accurate, current, and verifiable negative information cannot be permanently removed from your credit report.

4. No Guarantee of Results

In compliance with CROA, we do not and cannot guarantee any specific outcome, including a particular increase in your credit score or the removal of any specific item from your credit report. Results vary based on the accuracy of the information being disputed and the responses of the credit bureaus and creditors. Any claim of a guaranteed result is not authorized by us.

5. Fees and Billing

As a member of the Alabama-Coushatta Tribe of Texas community, you receive exclusive Tribal member pricing — 50% off our standard public rates. Your enrollment includes:

  • A one-time enrollment fee and a recurring monthly subscription, as displayed and confirmed at checkout before you pay.
  • Free enrollment for your spouse as part of your household plan.

By enrolling, you authorize us to charge your designated payment method for the recurring monthly subscription until you cancel. All payments are processed through a secure, PCI-compliant payment gateway. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time; cancellation stops future billing and takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Because credit repair work is performed on a month-to-month basis, monthly fees already billed for services performed are non-refundable, except where required by law. Your three-day CROA cancellation right (Section 3) always applies to your initial agreement. To cancel, contact us using the details in Section 13.

7. Your Responsibilities

To use our services, you agree to:

  • Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information, including any identity-verification documents the credit bureaus require to process disputes.
  • Use the services only for your own lawful credit repair needs and not for any fraudulent or deceptive purpose.
  • Keep your account login credentials confidential and notify us of any unauthorized use.
  • Review correspondence and updates in your portal in a timely manner.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, the Alabama-Coushatta Tribe of Texas and Global Credit Repair Network marks, and software — is the property of its respective owners and is protected by applicable law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without prior written permission.

9. Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not provide legal, tax, or financial advice, and nothing on this site should be interpreted as such. While we work diligently on your behalf, we do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that they will achieve any particular result.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Global Credit Repair Network and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms to reflect changes in our services or in applicable state or federal law. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
